I. Digital Art Purchase Agreement

By purchasing digital art from Doriana Designs, you agree to the following terms:

  • Non-Refundable: All digital art sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made.
  • Non-Returnable: As digital files are instantly downloadable, we cannot accept returns. Please ensure the product meets your needs before purchasing.
  • Personal Use License: The artwork you purchase is for personal use only. It may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes.
  • Download Responsibility: You are responsible for downloading and securing your purchased file. Doriana Designs is not liable for any loss or damage once the file is downloaded.
  • Technical Support: If you encounter any issues with your digital file, such as trouble downloading or file corruption, please send us an email, and we will assist you to the best of our ability.

II. Return and Refund Policy for Physical Goods

Order Not Received:

  • If your order hasn’t arrived yet, please follow these steps:
    • Check your shipping confirmation email for any address mistakes.
    • Inquire with your local post office to see if they have your package.
    • Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
  • If the tracking information states your order wasn’t delivered and
    • the shipping address was correct, send us an email with your order number and we will replace and reship your order at no cost to you.
    • there was an address mistake, we can reship your order once it is returned to us, but shipping will be at your own cost.
  • If tracking information indicates delivery, and you believe you haven’t received the order, we won’t take responsibility for replacing and reshipping it.
  • For lost packages, submit claims within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Wrong/Damaged/Defective Product:

  • We apologize if you have received the wrong product, your product arrived damaged or is lacking in quality.
  • Send us an email providing photos of the item, your order number, and any relevant details. We’ll replace and reship your order at no cost to you.
  • Claims for wrong/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We currently don’t offer returns or exchanges.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are available for customers who receive incorrect or damaged items.

EU Customers:

  • According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
    • the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
    • sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
