I. Digital Art Shipping Policy

This section applies specifically to digital products (e.g., wallpapers, digital art files):

  • This is not a physical product. You are purchasing a digital file for download.
  • Your file will be available for download once payment is confirmed.
  • Instant download items do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final.

II. Physical Goods Shipping Policy

This section applies specifically to physical products (e.g., posters, framed posters, canvases, framed canvases, mousepads):

Processing Time:

  • We typically take 3–7 business days to fulfill an order.
  • After processing, the order is shipped out.

Shipping Time Estimates:

  • Shipping times vary based on location:
    • USA: 3–4 business days
    • Europe: 6–8 business days
    • Australia: 2–14 business days
    • Japan: 4–8 business days
    • International: 10–20 business days
  • But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:
    • Issues with print or embroidery files
    • Products being out of stock
    • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions

If you’re ever in a situation where the EDT has passed, please wait a bit longer. Then, once 5 business days have passed, get in touch with us via email, and we’ll take a look.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping is free for all orders!

Shipping Packages:

  • Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.

Order Address:

  • Please provide a valid address that is not a PO box, as not all carriers deliver to them.
  • Avoid abbreviations in the address to ensure clarity.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.
  • You can also subscribe to our email notifications to receive live updates about your shipment.

Customs Fees:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
  • These fees vary by country and are not included in our product prices.

Shipping Countries:

  • We ship internationally to all countries except:
    • Kharkivska, Zaporizska, Khersonska, Donetska, Luhantska and Crimea regions in Ukraine
    • Russia
    • Belarus
    • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
    • Ecuador
    • Cuba
    • Iran
    • Syria
    • North Korea
  • Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, we’re only able to ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities, which limits the product selection we are able to offer in this case.
  • Additionally, our shipping carriers have a list of countries where they temporarily don’t offer international shipping due to circumstances like natural disasters and other service disruptions. You can review the up-to-date information on the USPS homepage.
  • Please note that the list of countries where we or our shipping carriers don’t offer international shipping may change.

Lost or Damaged Orders:

  • In case of shipping problems, such as lost or damaged orders, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for assistance.
